Design that inspires and connects communities
We believe the best buildings emerge from collaboration and innovation. Working closely with our clients and consultants, we combine hands-on expertise with advanced technology to guide each project from concept to completion.
Since 1986, we have been creating spaces that exceed expectations—places that inspire learning, collaboration, research, and engagement. Our approach is grounded in trust, communication, and shared purpose.
True progress happens when designers and builders learn from one another. By taking the time to understand construction, we gain a deeper respect for the craft and for those who bring designs to life. The result is better, more thoughtful buildings.

Team
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our team brings together a diverse range of experience, creativity, and technical expertise—all united by a shared commitment to designing spaces that enhance communities and stand the test of time.
Every project we take on is guided by the same mission: to create thoughtful, enduring architecture rooted in context, sustainability, and purpose.

Civic/Community
First-of-its-kind manufacturing lab opens at Hillhouse High School in New Haven. Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro says there are 150,000 manufacturing jobs in the state, adding that 86% of companies report having trouble finding skilled workers.
“It helps Connecticut maintain a strong manufacturing workforce and we are a strong manufacturing the state,” she said.

WORK
We design architecture that tailors our clients’ needs. Each project narrates a story unique to the place and its community.
We act like stakeholders—long after construction is complete. We continue to follow up, listen, and learn from our clients, maintaining relationships that last well beyond the project’s end. Each collaboration informs the next, shaping a future built on experience, respect, and enduring trust.
