Born in Thailand, Noble moved to the United States at the age of eight. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Technology from the University of Hartford.

At CWA, Noble leads the firm’s 3D existing-conditions scanning efforts using Matterport and Leica technology. From the resulting point cloud data, he develops detailed Revit models and drawing sets that support all phases of design. His work also includes field investigations, photographic documentation, and site surveys—critical components for a practice that focuses largely on the restoration and adaptation of existing buildings.
